Meg 

I'm Meg, a curious mind based in Raleigh, North Carolina. I grew up in New York, but Raleigh has been my home for the past 12 years. I'm passionate about food, art, music, culture, and community. 

 

I started this blog and accompanying social media accounts in 2015, as a creative outlet. I am intrigued by social media and the far & wide reach that it has. It actually makes the world feel smaller. 

 

A few years ago, it dawned on me that wherever I have lived in the past, there have always been tourists who come to that place to vacation. So, I thought that I should embrace the tourist mentality and be one right where I live. So far, so good. Thankfully this region has so much variety that I never run out of things to explore and share.

 

Mainly, I like to document what is going on around me here in the "Triangle", (Raleigh, Durham & Chapel Hill). Occasionally, I venture out beyond & share information about that too. 

 

In my downtime, I'm honing my social media, art & photography skills.
